Toronto workshops are back! Bare is a small creative writing workshop devoted to writing from the body. Drawing upon archetypal imagery in fairy tales and our own sensory experiences, we’ll read, write and edit together with the shared intention of bringing vibrant physicality to each line.
This writing workshop in Hamilton is for anyone who dreams of developing a regular writing practice but wants help carving out the courage, time and space to do so. We'll meet every Sunday morning for 2 1/2 hours of creative playtime including writing prompts, snacks and lots of laughter. Prior writing experience not required. This workshop isn't genre-specific -- non-fiction writers, prolific tweeters, shopping list scribblers and famous mystery novelists are all welcome.
